God Knows
With an electrifying energy and a reputation for vividly honest lyricism, God Knows has long been at the vanguard of Irish hip-hop. As one of the founders of the revolutionary narolane records, his influence is undeniable—from leading the Rusangano Family to a historic Choice Music Prize win for their album Let The Dead Bury The Dead, to curating collaborative projects like the Who’s Asking? EPs that were hailed as "one of the best things to come out of Ireland’s music scene in years." Now, he is stepping fully into the spotlight with his highly anticipated debut solo album, A Future of the Past. The album, described as a "labour of love" shaped by influences from around the globe, explores themes of accountability and growth, with singles like Misplaced Empathy offering a raw glimpse into his reflective journey. Having cultivated a career marked by collaboration, experimentation, and growth, God Knows is poised to enter the most prolific period of his life, solidifying his place as a pioneer and a key voice in modern music.
MuRli
As a multi-disciplinary musician hailing from Limerick, MuRli has already cemented his legacy as a pivotal figure in the ever-evolving Irish rap scene. Praised by The Evening Echo for “saying more in one EP than most people say in their entire careers,” his work as a rapper, producer, and songwriter showcases an artist with a rare gift for evocative storytelling and technical precision. Whether he's crafting his own acclaimed EPs like Surface Tension and 'Til The Wheels Fall Off or composing for collaborators like God Knows and Denise Chaila, his influence is undeniable. A magnetic live performer, he captivates audiences from Dingle’s Other Voices to Berlin’s PEOPLE Festival with his commanding presence and powerful lyricism. Drawing from a diverse palette of influences that includes Run The Jewels, Frank Ocean, Kanye West, and Skepta, MuRli is not just an artist, but a "big brother" and a key catalyst, shaping the very sound of a generation.
Mother Of Pearl
Based in Limerick, the five-piece band Mother of Pearl carves a unique space within the music scene, blending post-hardcore intensity with the dreamy textures of shoegaze. Consisting of members Siofra McGuire, Seth Collins, Aaron Houlihan, Nick Crowe, and James Lewington, the group is celebrated for creating a "wall of sound" that marries harsh, 90s-inspired guitar riffs with the layered, melodic aesthetics of shoegaze pioneers like My Bloody Valentine and the Smashing Pumpkins. Known for their melancholic ballads and vibrant live shows, they build a soundscape rich with color, blending aggressive guitar work with ethereal vocals and harmonies. The band is set to release their highly anticipated debut LP in September 2025.
